Guide to Drop in Studio Classes
Come experience the indoor cycling training system used by professional multi-sport athletes. CompuTrainerâ„¢ is an amazing training system that tracks endurance, speed, heart rate and power all while you ride through a virtual terrain displayed on a large screen monitor. Your own bicycle is required (road bike recommended).We can also provide bicycle bicycle concierge service if you need a tune-up or upgrade.
Level 1 Classes -Beginners welcome
These are base building classes focusing on drill and technique or self paced drop in rides open to all.
  • Virtual Ironman Rides - Self paced training rides on complete Ironman and Ironman 70.3 bike courses filmed on race day.
  • Maintenance Drill Spins - Off Season coached classes targeting leg speed and muscular endurance intervals.
  • Tempo Intervals - Moderate Interval training classes
  • Drop in Shop Rides - self paced rides over mixed terrain
  • Tri Cycling - coached interval classes using profiles of upcoming triathlon events
  • Tri Course Previews - self paced rides on local triathlon bike courses. (current profiles include: Pinehurst, Latta, Lake Norman, Belews Lake, Over the Mountain and Stumpy Creek).
Level 2 Classes  - Intermediate/Advanced Interval classes,
These classes are designed for the performance oriented althete with a general knowledge of heart rate or power trining intensities. 
  • Hill Training Intervals - hard hill repeat workouts
  • Vo2 Max Interval Classes - intense interval sets targeting vo2 max power
  • Cycling Boot Camp - mixed interval/strength classes
  • Bo Power - an intense mixed interval class that includes off the bike plyometrics and core work
  • Sarah's Power Hour - intense 90 minute interval sets focusing on threshold tolerance and vo2 max power.
