We strive for 100% customer satisfaction when you leave our store with your new bike purchase. We take pride in giving a world class customer experience to each person whom walks through our door. We understand that a time may occur when a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase; if this happens we have a 30 day exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied with your bike purchase for any reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your bike for any model of equal or greater value of the original purchase. Refunds and store credits do not apply. Excessive wear and tear will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
We understand that purchasing a new bike can be a big decision; we want each of our customers to be 100% satisfied and walk out of our doors excited to ride their new bike! We allow up to 3 days for you to return your bike, in new show room condition, for a full refund.
